I ordered a beautiful pair of long boots (VAGABOND BROWN SQUARE), but I accidentally chose a size too big, so I sadly had to return them. The leather was great quality, though the boots felt a little stiff and would likely need some breaking in. They were presented very nicely in the box, which I really appreciated.
Overall, the service was excellent. The delivery was very quick and the return process was easy, with the package collected directly from my home. I’m not close to Galway, but I’d love to visit the shop in the future.

Sadly the boots didn’t fit but the returns process was flawless and I spoke with staff in the shop prior to returning and they were very personable, friendly and helpful

My only regret - I live too far away to visit in person as I am without doubt that this shop is amazing especially if their online presence and customer service is anything to go by

The footwear and staff here are truly amazing! They have such a lovely variety of high quality shoes that actually look and feel great, from classic to modern styles. I have purchased lovely ankle boots from here today, they are very well made and I was so comfortable in them all day. The staff was so helpful and cheerful and left me feeling so happy leaving the shop. Because of this amazing experience, this is now my favourite shoe shop in Galway, and I am so glad they are local. I will come back here in the future for sure!
